To our valued vendors,
In an effort to reduce our freight costs, we have implemented an Inbound Freight Program through eShipping, our transportation and logistics partner. Below are the procedures that need to be followed for all inbound and drop shipments, in which Therapak LLC will be incurring freight charges. If shipping terms are FOB our facility please ignore and ship as normal.
Failure to comply with these procedures could result in a freight charge back.
ROUTING AND BILLING:
- For all shipments 200 pounds and under, please ship UPS collect ground or as directed on the purchase order request (example overnight or 2 day shipping) on account number 239A5X. Billing zip code for this account, if prompted by UPS, is 91711.
- For all shipments over 200 pounds, please call 866-890-3408 ext.2 or visit www.eshipping.biz and click the “Pickup Form” link at the top of the page to submit shipment requests.
- Once you have provided eShipping with the essential shipment information, eShipping will complete and return the Bill of Lading to your facility, complete with shipping instructions.
- Please note: You are required to use the Bill of Lading that eShipping provides. eShipping will also provide the carrier name and contact the carrier for the pick-up.
